The Old Jail
Surrounded by lovely gardens
Dating back to the 1880’s the Old Jail is situated on the edge of Willowmore, a small farming town in the Karoo. The building is one of the finest examples of Victorian architecture in the area.
Lovingly restored and retaining many original features the Old Jail is surrounded by lovely gardens.
The cells have been cleverly converted to elegant guest suites each with their own private court yards. The Old Stables were turned into unique self catering cottages decorated with antique implements and solid oregan pine kitchens. The Reception area is also our Art Gallery where breakfast can be served.
All our rooms and suites have air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, TV’s and private facilities. Our linen is 100% pure percale cotton with a high thread count.
Our laundry gets a very hot wash and we only use safe, high end washing powder and cleaning detergents. There is a large secure off street parking area for our guests.
